Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Machines and machine packages are shipped by common carrier. Call our factory for freight quote. All other items are shipped UPS ground or parcel post. Orders can be shipped quicker for an additional fee. Shipping and handling charges apply to Continental U.S. orders only. For international orders, contact our factory.

Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. These items are subject to factory inspection for damage and wear. A partial refund may apply. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Send returns via prepaid shipping. Returns will not be accepted via C.O.D. Custom knives can not be returned for a refund.
